Purolator F312
The Purolator F312 are panela filters utilizing the unique Purolator Monobond concept of a one-piece frame sealed to the media using heat and pressure. The superior grade fiberglass media is evenly coated with a gel adhesive to prevent finer particle migration. For heavy-duty applications, a 2" box frame in several sizes is available.
Purolator P312
P312 filters disposable panel filters available in 1"and 2" thicknesses. They are made of synthetic media developed for situations were synthetic media products are required. The P312 filters are ideally suited for residential, commercial or light industrial use.
EXTENDED SURFACE AREA BAG FILTERS
SERVA-Pak™ Bag
The SERVA-Pak is an extended surface high capacity air filter composed of individual dust holding pockets assembled in a metal support frame. Available in a variety of filter efficiencies, sizes and capacities, the SERVA-Pak allows maximum performance in given applications and is adaptable to a variety of frame and track systems. Purolator's unique process of fastening adjacent J-channel frames incurs no media damage during assembly or shipment.
SERVA-Pak™ Bag Type S
This bag air filter provides medium to high efficiency air capability. It is specifically designed for environments requiring strict adherence to filter media specifications, such as pharmaceutical, food processing, health care and paint spray booth applications.
HI-E Series Pleated Collapsible Cartridge
Purolator's Hi-E Series 8", 12" and 24" filters are deep pleated, medium and high efficiency pre-formed cartridge type air filters. Each filter is comprised of deep pleated reinforced nonwoven cotton/synthetic blended or ultra-fine micro glass media with a spun-bonded nylon backing which is completely pre-formed and bonded on the top and bottom to 60-point chipboard panels.

GAS TURBINE AIR INTAKE FILTERS

This self-contained v-configuration rigid cell filter is maintenance free and easy to replace. The SERVA-Cell VA GT can with stand burst strengths up to 30" W.G.
SERVA-Cell® Gas Turbine (GT)
This rigid box filter is engineered to provide medium and high efficiency filtration combined with a prolonged life cycle. Designed for use in high-velocity or turbulent airflow conditions, allowing for airflow up to 2500 CFM.
SERVA-Cell® PV H
The Purolator SERVA-Cell PV offers the benefits of ASHRAE filtration performance, lightweight materials and industrial strength construction able to withstand nominal air flow of 750 FPM.
MEDIUM/HIGH EFFICIENCY FILTERS
Puro-g13een®
Puro-g13een filters are classified per U.L. Standard 900. They have a moisture resistant beverage board frame, are made of 100% synthetic media with 17.5 pleats per foot. Puro-green 13 filters are rated MERV-13 and may qualify as a sustainable component for LEED/Green Building Initiative.
Key Pleat®
The Key Pleat® self-supported pleated filter has a MERV 8 rating. The filter is made of 100% synthetic media. The media pack is contained in a single piece beverage board. Self-supported Key Pleat filters eliminate the need for a metal backing to shape the pleats. They are fully incinerable, simplifying disposal. Key Pleat is available in 1" and 2" Standard Capacity and 1", 2" and 4" High Capacity.
Hi-E® 40
The Hi-E 40 is a medium efficiency pleated filter, available in 1", 2" or 4" depths and several standard face sizes to accommodate most system requirements. The 100% hydrophobic synthetic media provides 35-40% average efficiency and nearly 95% average arrestance. The Hi-E 40 is effective as a stand-alone filter or pre-filter.
