AstroCel®I
AstroCel l filters with antimicrobial are designed specifically to improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)*. Air filters are designed to trap and concentrate particulate air contaminants including viable fungal and bacterial spores. The presence of antimicrobial in the filter media is intended to preserve the integrity of the media throughout the useful life of the filter. Antimicrobial preservatives are not meant to increase the efficiency of the filter, nor to kill microorganisms “on the fly” as they pass through a filter.

AstroVee
AstroVee is a heavy duty, high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA) designed for both Constant Air Volume (CAV) and Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems. The AstroVee filter is made of multiple mini pleat media packs assembled in a V-shaped configuration, into an electro-galvanized steel housing with an aluminum flange at the air entry side. This configuration substantially increases the amount of media contained in the filter over conventional rigid type filter. RigiFil®
RigiFil® is a rigid, durable extended surface filter that is ideal for Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems. It provides a high level of filtration in those applications where cleaner air is required. With metal cell sides and a layered media pack, the RigiFil® offers superior dust holding, moisture resistance and overall performance. Color-coded media designates each efficiency: yellow (90-95%), pink (80-85%), green (60-65%), and white (45-50%). Both single header and non-header are available.

Intersept® is EPA registered and environmentally safe.
SYNTHETIC AND NATURAL FILTERS
AmerTex® R-Series
R-series air filter media is made of synthetic fibres, except type R20 Natural, which is made of natural fibres. An exclusive bonding technology ensures a high number of fibres per square metre for a given weight. All AmerTex R series media is white coloured. No colour pigments are needed to create a distinction between the various media. The name of each product together with its classification according to EN779 is printed at regular intervals on the air leaving side of each media roll, permitting easy product identification. R-Series media is characterized by a relatively low resistance to airflow and a high dust holding capacity.
EXTENDED SURFACE PLEATED PANEL FILTERS
AstroCel® II
AstroCel® II is a unique family of mini-pleat HEPA and ULPA filters specially designed to meet the demanding airflow and particulate control requirements of cleanroom applications. AstroCel II are custom built to provide the optimum solution for a wide range of application requirements. Permanent Metal Air Filter
AmMet is a washable metal air filter for use in industrial applications and in commercial and industrial heating.
